Coaching is a partnership

It is designed to help you to figure out your unique approach to health and wellness, happiness, fulfillment and balance in life.

Health & Wellness coaching assists you in improving your self-knowledge and awareness, setting realistic personal goals, creating and maintaining new habits, and becoming your best self.

… I will listen and provide space for you to work through your ideas in a safe, non judgemental space.

I will ask powerful questions

… to help you find your way to what you want more of or less of in your life. I support and guide my clients who are interested in improving their overall wellness and well-being.

To encourage positive behavior changes

… in areas such as healthy eating habits, physical activity, stress management, mindfulness practices, sleep hygiene, self-care, self-compassion, stress-eating, smoking cessation etc.

I offer a complimentary discovery session to all prospective clients.

During this session we’ll discuss what brings you to coaching. I’ll answer any questions you may have about me or the coaching process.
