Hi, I’m Valerie.
I enjoy cooking, traveling, paddleboarding, bicycling and spending time in nature.
I was born in Eastern Europe, raised in Ukraine, and also lived in Denmark and Russia. Now I live in the Bay Area, California with my husband and our little boy.
I studied Psychology at Dnipro National University, Ukraine, then worked as a human resources manager at various tech companies. After becoming a mom and moving to California, I focused more on my son and family.
I have always been passionate about health & wellness and how our lifestyle, food choices, and level of physical activity impact not only our physical health, but also our mental state. That is why I decided to become a Health & Wellness Coach and transform my passion into a meaningful career.
As a Health & Wellness Coach with a Functional Medicine approach, I am trained in behavior change principles. I empower people to make lasting lifestyle changes to support and optimize their health and well-being.
